Starting the merger of two companies

We are delighted to announce that our group is entering a new phase of development - under the brand name "MEGAPLANTAS", we will combine large tree growing (nursery) and plant sales, greenery design and site maintenance activities performed by different companies to date. This will allow for optimization of activities, reducing administrative, etc. cost, and will enable our customers to offer the highest quality acclimatized plants in Lithuania and a full package of landscaping services from a single supplier.

For this reason, JSC "Baltijos zaluma" and JSC "Megaplantas" are reorganized by merging JSC "Baltijos zaluma" with JSC "Megaplantas". The reorganization will be completed at Q1 2020.

We want to assure that our reorganization will not cause any additional inconvenience to our partners or customers - you will continue to interact with the same people you have been communicating with until now.

We note that all contracts and obligations of JSC "Baltijos zaluma" to the clients will not change as a result of these changes, only rights and obligations under the transactions will be transferred to the company after the reorganization - JSC Megaplantas.
